Luka Doncic

Luka Doncic plays for the Dallas Mavericks. He has appeared in 70 matches for the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA regular season of 2023-2024. The forward guard managed to shoot 33.9 points per game, making him one of the strongest basketball players in the NBA. He is called “Luka Magic” by his peers. 

At a staggering height of 6 feet and 7 inches, Luka Doncic has set several NBA records. He was the first teenager to score 4 triple-doubles in his professional career. He was able to score 250 points, 50 rebounds, and 50 assists in 5 consecutive games. The European basketball star is the youngest player to score 1,000 points with 3-pointers in his matches. 

The Dallas Mavericks drafted Luka Doncic in 2018 after he spent 3 years playing for Real Madrid. Later that season, he was announced as the NBA Rookie of the Year for achieving a ppg of 21.2 for his team. In his debut game, Luka Doncic scored 10 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists against the Phoenix Suns. He won the NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP) award in 2019 and 2020 for performing tremendously well for his team. Giannis Antetokounmpo is among the only players in the NBA to win 2 MVPs before hitting 26 years of age. He also won the NBA Defensive Player of the Year award in 2020 for his ability to block shots from his opponents. 

Giannis Antetokounmpo was pivotal to the Milwaukee Bucks winning the NBA championship title in 2021. It was the first time that the Eastern Conference team won the NBA since 1971. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is a shooting guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder. This season, the Canadian basketball player has appeared in 75 games for the Oklahoma City Thunder with a 30.1 ppg, 5.5 rebounds per game (rpg), and 6.2 assists per game (apg). During the first match of the NBA Playoffs, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 28 ppg for his team. 

He takes most of his shots from the center, left-centre, and left-side of the basketball court. Jalen Williams, Chet Holmgren, and Josh Giddey constantly pass the ball to Shai Gilgeous-Alexander during matches to achieve wins against tough teams in the NBA. Jalen Brunson

In early January 2024, Jalen Brunson was recognized as the NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week. The American basketball player has also been a part of the Dallas Mavericks in the past.
